They sell you boxes 14x14x14 and then tell you have to pay more because the box doesn't measure out to that.i will never ship through ups again.and it's very sad when you call corporate. They leave a recorded machine so you don't talk to a person.if I could have I would have left no stars....very sad company"

"To be honest with you, I don't think the owner wants to know the truth. But it's coming in there today not one welcome. Maybe all the smiles and cust service skills is saved when owner visits. WATCH YOUR VIDEO. Not one person says hello. Customer service should be able to multi task. It's not a whole lot of trouble to speak. No one smiles in this place, it's like a bunch of cobras waiting for a strike OF PREY. My cable equipment listen six months ago and they still haven't gotten it. Nobody can tell me anything call the owner they say. It's a good thing that the owner is pretty much the only one in the area because otherwise he would be out of business. Your staff has to be Friendly. Even when the boss isn't there. You could always watch a video and get the truth. You can be information Without being hostile. Learn to talk to the customers Not at them. Seems that kind of behavior is coming from your leader. Whatever the situation is, check it at your door."

"I have used this store multiple times for returning packages with prepaid labels (from UPS and USPS) and staff have been great every single time. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and get you in and out as quickly as possible. They even have a new Amazon return machine to make things more efficient for us frequent fliers. Today was the first time I used this store to actually package an item to ship to California. To me, the item is priceless because it is my daddy's volunteer leather fire fighter helmet from the 1960s going to a dedicated heroic Captain of a department in Santa Clara, Cali. Staci treated it EXACTLY that way and handled this transaction with such respect and kindness. The store was very busy but she took time with my piece and ensured I was comfortable with how it was being packaged. She truly gave my daddy's helmet the respect it deserves. The price to ship the helmet was approx $65 with only $100 insurance going to Cali but I wanted more insurance and that is $2.50 per $100 of insurance and that increased my price. This store also offers a AAA discount for savings. I have never had a bad experience at this store and staff have always been great even when swamped or training new people."
