"Before going to this UPS I took the time to carefully write the addresses to whom the package was addressed and my return address. I was careful to put “To” and “From” in front of the addresses so the CS person could just type the info from it. Well the CS person managed to mistype the street # of the “To” address, which I caught and corrected. Unbeknownst to me he put the return address as the ship to address. (I live 1 mile from the store.) He typed the out of state address as the from address. I would have thought the addresses were full proof given my prep. Oh, I paid $14 to ship the pkg. Two days later the pkg shows up on my door step. I took it back to them to have them correct their error but was told instead I signed the terms and conditions. Therefore I was SOL.great customer service."

"I always have a great experience when I visit this UPS store. All the staff is friendly, knowledgable, and happy to assist. They call me by name when I'm there which is nice and it truly makes it feel like a "neighborhood" store. The owner, Dan, is very nice and professional and always makes sure the customers are happy and taken care of.
