The gentleman opened the door as I was walking up and I asked him if I was too late and he told me absolutely not and welcomed me in. They didn’t rush me and took care of everything I needed! "Recently I entered this store to ship a package. I was told my package had a hazardous sticker on it which I scratched out upon re using the box. The clerk told me I had to re package in another box. I explained to her, I would completely remove the sticker…..but she said she already saw it and would not accept it. I said if I walked out the door and came back in with NO stickers would she accept it? She said no she already saw it. Obviously she memorized every package that comes through the door. Believe me, I understand hazardous stickers as I worked for the airlines. Her attitude to help me was down right rude. Could you please instruct her on customer service? She needs help badly. And she exudes how much she hates her job."
