"My nephew was home for his brother’s memorial and had a medical emergency that required him to go back to CA. Of course, his mother, my sister went with him. She forgot a small bag, so we took it to the UPS Store on Blue Angel and paid $50.00 to express ship it to a UPS store near Stanford Hospital for my sister to pick up. The scheduled arrival date was on Wednesday. My sister left her very sick son, and when she arrived at the store on Wednesday, she was told that her package had been sent back to Pensacola because your store failed to put her phone number on the ticket. She calls us, upset and we called your store. Talked to Thomas, or Tom and he was not friendly or helpful. He told us that we should have called the UPS store in California and given them my sisters cell number. WHAT??? We paid you $50.00 to get the package to her, so why would we have had to make calls to a store in CA??? Absolutely no one told us at YOUR location that we would have to do this. We were told by Tom at your location that we would not be getting a refund. Why? It was not our fault. We were also told by him that he would call us when the package arrived back at your store. Never got a call. My sister has been through hell and needed the items in her bag that she left behind. It’s only $50.00 but we are not letting this go and we will never use this location again."
