"Marcus is an outstanding employee and awesome human being who goes the extra mile to help people. After a sudden layoff in January, I found that I had to go to this store often to ship things as part of moving out and wrapping up my affairs in this part of the world. I forgot to put some sensitive tax documents in an envelope, and when I called back to buy one, Marcus told me he would take care of it personally, and he gave me words of encouragement that I appreciated very much. Marcus is a reminder of not only why I patronized this location so often, but that there are still kind and good people in the world. The owner of the store will be hearing about him personally. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping someone down on their luck."

"If I have items to ship to my Grandchildren, I always choose this location. The employees I've had the pleasure of dealing with have been very professional and polite to me. I can understand people getting "sticker shock " when sending packages, as I have, too...BUT..the pricing Is Still much Lower than using USPS, with impatient and rude employees. I've never experienced a problem at this location. I'm usually in and out in a matter of minutes, compared to long lines, rude service and very expensive fees at the local post office. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping/receiving needs. Great customer service every time! I've read a few past reviews and concluded that its usually the customer who was rude or impatient and takes it out on staff who maybe decide they're sick of the attitude and give a little back. You get what you hive give out in this world. Everyone should just Be Kind...you may be having a bad day, going through a difficult time or in a time crunch. It's not the Employees fault..maybe they're going through something hard and your snarky attitude or rolling your eyes pushes Them over edge! Once Again...Just be Kind. It will get you much further in life...in general. And finally...Thank You to the employees who help us get our packages sent, print jobs done on time, etc. I Appreciate you!"

"Probably the best UPS In the area. 5 stars if they didn't charge me $2 for a piece of tape. The original box would have taken up so much space and I put the two items in two separate boxes. I could have canceled the items and redid it through Amazon so I would get two separate barcodes considering it was two different items. The original box was massive and had all my orders in it. I should have packed it in the largest box and didnt care about space at the store. $2 no big deal. Was just surprised at the older guy with that customer service. They had a long line so I wasn't going to make everyone wait over $2 but that guy would have waited no problem lol. Apparently they need the $2 more than me. Still a good location."

"Kiona the first associate I’ve met at this store that makes the phrase “get it done” a reality. I had 4 guests in front of me and I was in and out before I could get my Amazon app loaded. Great service, left with a smile on my face."
