"The absolute worst contractor experience that I have ever experienced and I have been through countless renovations. We started a kitchen and bathroom renovation project with Tony Pelc of Eurotrend Kitchens Inc in November 2016. It is now May of 2018 and we still have a kitchen that is partially finished. Some doors are missing, some are damaged, most are misaligned, edge banding is falling off, handles are wobbly, etc. If you can think of something that could go wrong with a contractor, multiply it by 10x and that is what you get with Tony Pelc of Eurotrend Kitchens. Tony comes across as a very nice guy and always tries to assure you that everything is going according to plan or will be done in time. If you think he is going to come back and made adjustments and fixes, you are mistaken. After 1.5 years of waiting on him, we finally had to fire him last week. We had guarantees that the kitchen and bathrooms would be completed in September 2017, then October 2017. Then Tony took a long vacation to New Zealand. We gave him a final chance to come back here in April 2018 to correct everything. As usual, he was a no show. Eurotrend/Tony Pelc is a typical nightmare contractor that you hear stories about. Everything that can possibly go wrong, will go wrong with him. He has every excuse in the book ready to go. We are going to lose approximately $15,000 by hiring another contractor to remove a bunch of the awful workmanship and replace a good portion of the work. Would not recommend Tony to my worst enemy."
