"It was a very good experience working with this company. Everybody works together as a TEAM to get the job done professionally and on time. I am a Results orientated professional and enjoy doing business with other professionals working with the same respect for their customer's time, expenses and satisfaction. 5 Stars*****"
"I want to recommend Factory Direct Renovations Corporation and the manager Pamela Ryan. They fully remodeled my kitchen without issues. All the work was done by professionals who had great work habits. Each worker arrived on time and ready to work the full day until the job was done. They all were courteous and respectful. They all cleaned up thoroughly before they left my home. This company provided all the carpenters, electrician, tile mena and plumbers. There were no issues or holdups once the job was started. I want to personally thank Pamela Ryan. She made sure the contract was complete and there were no extra charges. She supplied everything that was needed for the remodeling. Pamela stopped by often to see how the work was coming along and to make sure that we were satisfied. My kitchen now looks modern and has a fresh new light appearance. I am delighted to come into my kitchen and impressed at how painless the process was for us. My husband remarked that from the time we started the actual work to the end of the process, we had access to our kitchen virtually every day, except for a few days certainly less than a week. This was not a few weeks process we were amazed by this. I wish that I had met Pamela Ryan earlier. She is easy to work with. She wants her customers to be happy and satisfied at the end of the process, I highly recommend Pamela and their staff at Factory Direct Renovations Corporations 1200 Sterling Road, Dania Suite 1A. "I would like to express how dissatisfied I am with Factory Direct Renovations. I hired this company for two separate project’s; new flooring and a new kitchen. The contracts, were very bias and imbalanced (be very mindful of the deposit and payment requirements-they are one-sided). The project took exactly 90 days. I expressed my concern with “sub-contractors”, he assured me that everyone that would be working in my home will be employees of Factory Direct Renovations and they all fall under Factory Direct Renovations license, insurance and workman’s compensation, which is untrue. I expressed that I would need a professional rendering of the kitchen project, and after several requests, I just stopped asking, it was obvious that Bruce did not know how to produce a “professional rendering”. He provided a sub-par drawing that was not even accurate to the design plan and absolutely NOT TO scale. All workers were “sub-contractors”, I then requested a copy of the license and insurance certificate(s), and lien waivers for each sub-contractor to protect me, which was refused and not provided. I already gave a 50% deposit so at this point; I was at their mercy and I just had to accept what it was and keep my chin up and hope for the best. I had to be on top of my own project; nobody was looking out for me, so I had to take the initiative “take the bull by the horns”. Nobody was taking any interest, as soon as I gave them money, I was forgotten. Certain items were not even ordered until the last minute, and the crown molding wasn’t even ordered and delivered with the cabinets (I was not even presented with selections for the crown molding) they just ordered whatever they wanted without asking my opinion. My project was not handled with care and my project was treated insignificantly. They should have removed the existing cabinets and ordered the flooring immediately after signing the contracts and deposits were made, but this wasn’t the case. My suggestion, recommendation; before giving/providing any deposits, or sign any contracts, make sure that you have all documentation that you need and/or require first, timelines, ordering specs, etc. are all indicated/written on the contract(s). If they are unwilling to provide you with such documentation, then they are not worthy of your business. Bruce did not measure properly; which resulted in the cabinets being the wrong size, which caused a delay in the project, the sink cabinet is not centered under the existing window, when this was brought to Daniel Soto’s and Bruce Imhoff’s attention, it was treated in an unprofessional, disinterested, callous, unconcerned, unsympathetic, unmoved, nonchalant and impervious way. Ultimately, leaving my kitchen in a sub-standard, inferior, low quality representation. I will not and cannot endorse the performance of any of their sub-contractors and the attitude/professionalism or expertise of Bruce and/or Daniel. Bruce visited my project on (1) occasion during the entire 90 days. I would not classify him as a “Designer”, he is just a “Salesman”. I will rate the vinyl flooring installation as a B-minus, for a 800 sq. ft. project and a contract cost of $10,000, I was over charged substantially. The baseboards are not all caulked, some are loose, not installed to my desired taste/liking, and there are a lot of unleveled/hallow spots and my expectations for the cost of this project were definitely not met. The cabinets/counters are not all the same height, the cabinet is not centered with the window, workmanship is sub-par for the rebuild/repair of the columns on the bar, the crown molding is hideous. The Project Manager, Karl, did his best to help me get through my distress, suffering and affliction. He would come up with solutions, further monitor and provide me with specific deliverables, always answered my calls, and handle performance problems, and so on. I would give Karl a rating of an “A”, for his attentiveness, politeness, courteousness, observant, professionalism and compassion."
"My 30 year old condo kitchen functioned well but just looked old & tired. I was on limited budget & opted to reface rather than replace. Now my kitchen looks bright & fresh. Factory Direct Renovations was very easy to work with & kept all promises made in a timely manner. I highly recommend."
"I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable Bruce is in the area of Interior Design. He indeed is a designer and can build a site from scratch. He understands functionality and is great at constructing a site that is robust and fully functioning. He listens to his clients and delivers an outstanding product in a timely fashion, with an excellent project team that surpasses your initial desires, and I couldn’t be happier with its design and function."
