I am generally nervous about having any repairs in Miami because it could be very frustrating so the thought of a major renovation long distance petrified me. I could not have found a better contractor to work with. Jacob worked with me and my building management and our condo rules every step of the way. He kept me constantly updated with progress videos and notifications if there were any issues and possible solutions to any issues. I received invoices as work was done ( or items ordered). He was always available to discuss anything and as I traveled down from NY periodically I always knew what to expect when I entered my apartment. The process was painless and the workmanship excellent. I am very pleased with this company."
