Tried asking a question about a specific alcohol and was told “any questions you have, check YouTube.” While the other cashier just had the blankest stare and was just seemingly ready to be off work. Not friendly nor helpful in any way. Large inventory and very organized is the only reason to give more than one star."

"Was there on Saturday October 14 about 11:30 AM. When I went to the checkout, there were nine people ahead of me and one cashier. At no time did I see another employee. The cashier was having trouble with customers phone numbers for the rewards program. When I finally got to the register, she asked me if I had a phone number for the rewards program. I gave it to her, twice. She told me my number wasn't in the system. I told her I have been a customer for years, using that number. By now, there are eight people in line behind me, so I told her to forget about it, I paid for my purchase and left. At approximately 5:15 the same day, I called the store to speak to a manager regarding my visit. Someone answered the phone, I asked to speak to a manager, and hen, in the background, there was some kind of debate as to who was going to take the phone call from a customer wanting to speak to a manager. A man (Chris?) came on and I told him about my experience today. He told me they only had two people working today, and sometimes there is a problem with their rewards program. My real issue wasn't with that, it was with the fact they had one cashier on a Saturday morning. (during college football season) WHAT?? Your reply makes NO sense. This is an issue about poor customer service, noy an ID policy."
