"They used to be better many years a go. Having a horrible experience with the Krion countertop we bought from them. They didn’t do two soap dispenser holes as per our contractor and now no one is answering my calls. They gave me a number for a “supervisor “ who doesn’t answer and her voicemail is not set to receive messages!!!"

Minimal to no response from employees when a new customer comes into the store , and no effort to even ask if you're finding what you need. Selection was average and we left after a few minutes and ended up finding great quality products close by"
