"Financing is just a nightmare. I am waiting for the service. First they sent a message saying everything is fine and then sent another message saying that don’t go to the store to get the car and there is a problem with the delivery. They started to work on the delivery of my car right 19 minutes from the time I suppose to be at the store to pick up the car. Just a nightmare. I am currently waiting for them to finish the delivery of the car situation. Just frustrating to experience of buying a Tesla"

"3 visits to this service center and it was absolutely the worst experience. I highly discourage anyone from going to this service center. The service advisors don’t offer great solutions, prices are too expensive, Tesla as a vehicle is a terrible idea to begin with. If you’re out of your warranty, expect to pay about $1000 every 6 months. Save your money and buy a combustion vehicle. This specific service center will charge you about 700-1000 just to change 2 tires. Customer service is awful as well, it comes at a premium of cost rather than just from being a loyal Tesla driver. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I recently visited the Tesla service center in Delray Beach and was quite disappointed with the experience. The staff, including a representative named Danny Posada , displayed a lack of professionalism. They were engaging in personal conversations and jokes in front of customers, which I found inappropriate and distracting. Furthermore, the team seemed uninterested in addressing my warranty issues, showing a disregard for customer service standards. This behavior, particularly from a representative of such a well-regarded brand, was surprising and unacceptable."

"I have not visited the dealership so I can not comment on their performance. However, the mobile service they have provided me has been outstanding. Unfortunately my Tesla has had to be serviced twice in the past few months, just bad luck. Each time I submitted a request through the app and both times Justin was the mobile technician who came. He is the best Tesla can have. Although I was annoyed I hadn’t been able to drive my car for a week both times, the service he provided was amazing. He made it a breeze, quick and painless. Justin goes above and beyond. I love my Tesla and appreciate the service I have received so far."

"We placed a service call through the Tesla app to have our tires rotated. Our service technician arrived on time and took great care in protecting the vehicle while rotating the tires. He also checked tire pressure and filled to optimal PSI. The entire service call took 15 minutes on our driveway which means I did not have to go to a service center and wait. Amazing job and very much appreciate the service and the ease to get a tire rotation done."
