"Went to PBG Mall, spur of the moment….Thought the associate ”AJ” was going to pester us about buying a car, we couldn’t have been more wrong! Didn’t even realize going in that we’d have 100 questions and we didn’t know that much about the cars and Tesla etc.. AJ answered every question not because he was trying to sell a car (I don’t even think they’re on commission) but just as a guy who was genuinely excited about the vehicles and the brand. Within 20 minutes we were totally into the car, brand etc. I had no idea that you could test drive a Tesla- assumed you’d have to find a “dealership” with a lot of vehicles. Well AJ got us into one of the cars there at the mall and let us test drive it on the spot- and it was near closing time so we were very impressed that he was willing to get us into drive one. Well we were sold after about 3 minutes of driving the car and put a deposit on one before we left. We continued to pester AJ over the next month or so with various questions and he ALWAYS got back to us OR actually completed himself (regarding insurance and other paperwork type stuff) I can’t say enough about the car, AJ, the actual process of buying the car! I cannot imagine EVER going back to buying a car “the old way” again! So officially, THANK YOU AJ. For all your assistance!!!"

"I snuck in to this office on a last minute appointment on a Saturday at 2pm and this location was extremely busy. I arrived early and waited, but I was seen on time for my 1 hour test drive. The staff was limited to 3 people. However, they were extremely knowledgeable and I did not have one question that they werent able to immediately answer. They're located on the 2nd floor of Gardens Mall just across from Chanel and Lakes Fifth Avenue. Schedule your test drive in advance and have a copy of your Insurance and Drivers License."

"If you want to know about this vehicle, come here and have your mind blown. Test driving available. Showroom is beautiful. Talk to Joseph he is a walking encyclopedia for this brand. Answered all my crazy questions patiently and with articulative enthusiasm. While I know I can’t afford this car (right now) I will in the future. He answered my question like I was ready to sign that night. Im glad we went inside the showroom."
