"I would give ZERO stars but that isn't an option! My truck broke down right infront of this shop. I had my 2 small daughters with me. I went in to this shop to ask if someone could possibly just come out to the road and see what happen to my truck. The dude at the counter told me No they were closing. They still had 20 left of work time before closing and I was literally in distress! I felt that was very heartless and I would NEVER get a service here!"

"A small plastic piece of housing broke off of the lock on my drivers side door handle. The part they replaced it with was painted with non-automotive paint which is matte and is easily scratched. It took them 10 minutes to install and they charged me $120."
