"On my drive from Atlanta our power steering went out. Made it to West Palm with great difficulty but called Schumacher Volvo on a Memorial day weekend and although they were completely booked, they said to come by and they would try to look at it. 30 minutes after arriving they diagnosed and started the repair. "I no longer feel trusting or in good hands with Schumacher Volvo of the Palm Beaches. Last August I allowed technicians to replace my rear brakes after I hit a pot hole on vacation and needed rim and tire repair. This August ONLY 6k miles after my last brake pads they tried to upsell me AGAIN, telling me I needed both front and rear brakes. I have a TOTAL of 30k miles on my Volvo. I asked how this was even possible and was told from riding the brakes. Funny thing is, majority of my driving in my Volvo is highway miles and I use Autopilot majority of the time. Must be one stupid computer to “ride the brakes” so much. I will not be trusting to bring my vehicle back there anymore. Very saddened by the experience."

"Do not use this repair shop. Car has been in for over three weeks. It’s excuse after excuse. The only person who actually cares and returns call is Lisa the receptionist. No one including the manager could care less about your car."

"Great quality vehicles and love the showroom. Volvo made sure to create a showroom that creates less of a foot print on the environment and I can tell. As for the associates that work there, they work hard to find the right vehicle that suites my needs and did not stop until I walked out the same day with my XC 40. Further, when I came back for service, the service/maintenance crew was able to check off all my problem areas and resolve any issues I had with my Volvo, plus provide a free oil change. For young professionals such as myself, I am in love with the quality, engineering, SAFETY and breadth of detail that goes into my XC 40 suv. I am a lover of this amazing vehicle. #LovingMyVolvo"
