"S3 Kitchens + Floors were awesome! They completely transformed my outdated home into a modern living space. We remodeled our entire home and did so on budget and on schedule. It is rare these days to find a company that will give you every day attention to your project. Junior and Gustavo checked in with the progress every day. When problems arose, they were there with solutions. The quality of the design and the materials these two gentlemen chose and provided were A+. Their contractors were friendly, competent, clean, and conscientious of our timelines. Our entire home took about 4 months and I'm glad we chose to use S3 Kitchens + Floors otherwise I'm sure it would have taken much longer. Their prices were fair, and better than most. Inflation has been difficult, but I do not feel that they were raising their prices to "gauge" me. They were upfront on their costs, and if I needed to "add-on" any work to the project, the prices were also fair. Overall, you want to work with a company that cares about you, your project, your wallet and provide you with an exceptional end product... I highly recommend S3 Kitchens + Floor. Junior and Gustavo are good quality people and provide good quality service and results."

Any hiccups along the way were quickly resolved, corrected or simply redesigned to accommodate us. They were very professional as well as the members of their construction teams. "Gustavo and his team were amazing! From the beginning stages and planning process to the remodel and everything in between! We did our floors and kitchen and they worked around our schedule. We did have a small incident with the floors but Gustavo jumped right in to fix the issue and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend S3 kitchens and floors. "We had used S3 to install flooring in our house last year and they did such a great job that we decided to reach out when we made the decision to redo the kitchen. From the beginning Junior and his team were professional, helpful and did a great job. They answered any and all questions I had (I had a lot!) and worked with me to help create the kitchen I have always wanted. The level of detail that Junior, Anderson and his team had in making sure that everything was done the right way was something that I didn’t think existed anymore. Most contractors rush through and just try to get the job “done”, but S2 were easy to work with, communicative and when a few things did not go as planned (as when you do a full kitchen remodel, tends to happen) they worked to ensure that everything was done/fixed the right way. In fact they did such a great job that we added on to our project and they built us a electric fireplace with beautiful shelving for our family room. I had a small problem with 2 cabinets that were minor (so minor in fact, that you wouldn’t notice unless you were looking for it), Junior and his team said no problem and had them replaced within a week. Again, it’s hard to find a contractor that takes that much pride in their work. They even went above and beyond when our floors were delayed (due to the factory being backed up) and offered to come have my floors cleaned at their expense since I told the painters they didn’t have to worry about covering it before they painted because we were replacing them. We had hoped to get them in prior to a large family gathering we were having at the house. The floors wound up coming in last min and they were able to rearrange their schedule and have a team here to install the a day later! Will definitely use them again when we redo the bathrooms next year! The first 3 pictures are the old kitchen and the last 4 are the remodel. It’s like a completely new house!"

"Great service and beautiful work! Thanks for moving so quickly. When you think about removing walls and floors and replacing kitchen, it sounds like a huge project. S3 made it feel that’s not a big deal, in less than a month everything was done. I loved the fact that you can go to the showroom and choose what you like, you see what you’re buying and it’s everything in the same place. We changed our initial 3D project for the kitchen maybe 3 times and that was not a problem for Fabricio nor Gustavo, who also contributed with some great ideas and our island is the best I’ve ever seen. We told Junior I need popcorn removed and painting, he made it possible for us, he brought his partners and again, everything was done clean and quick. I already recommended them, I would and I will do it again! Thanks guys for a job great done!"
