"Their customer service was not good tonight, but has been in the past. The clerk was a bit truculent and unfriendly. I think he called the police on me and I'm not sure why, I didn't do anything or say anything. I wasn't drunk but maybe he didn't like my sun glasses I was wearing when it was getting dark, who knows."

"My fiancee and I shop here because it is convenient after we grocery shop in the main store. But TWICE now there has been a older blond hair lady (Karen or Nancy) that watches my fiancee next to the counter while he shops. He is a black man. She never asks if he needs help and watches him until he comes to the counter to pay. Please keep in mind there are other customers in the store on both occasions. She makes it uncomfortable to shop here. ABC liquor is in the next plaza and is cheaper and we don't get treated this way."

"Opened yesterday 3/27/19 and already loving this place. Always a pleasure to shop at Publix and now it’s a pleasure to shop for more... friendly staff and so many choices. Can’t wait until the next party to visit again!"

"Usually Publix is a great place to shop. But honestly, this one has horrible customer service. The lady giving samples at the door YELLS at you as you go into the store to try a sample. If you ask to try the other of the two samples, she shames you by saying “It’s not lunch time, it’s a sample. Bye Bye!” There was another lady there before that was nicer and actually made you feel welcome. She also told you what you were sampling, instead of shouting it at you. This lady seemed nasty and mean. She needs training on how to treat people, Instead of making them feel insignificant and embarrassing them. I would just brush this off like she had a bad day... but she wasnasty the other day to me and my mother to the point that we would not even try a sample. She made me feel like she would be the type to do something to the samples just out of spite. PUBLIX, you’re usually better than this!"

"THIS IS MY FIRST TIME IN THIS NEW PUBLIX , I LIKED EVERYTHING EVERYONE WAS CARING ,HELPFUL AND MIGHT I ADD VERY Compassionate. Everyone helped me when I needed my groceries and they also asked if I need help with anything every person I went to this Publix did a very nice job hiring these nice good-hearted people and they deserve the world I also use to work at Publix so team Publix all the way. They are so sincere . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ... GOOD WORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF .... I'M GOING TO GOING TO THIS PUBLIX MORE OFTEN...."
