"Visited today with my husband and granddaughter looking for a certain wine our family drank at our Christmas Eve Dinner Party (Nochebuena,) when our father was alive. In his honor, we’re reuniting our family this year, post Covid restrictions, and we went searching for the wine he always preferred. Went to Mora’s liquor store and the owner took care of us. She had no knowledge of the wine I described. She wasn’t friendly nor attentive, even though there were no other customers in the store. She then brought in a man who was also rude and followed me and watched me as if I was there to rob the store, while another employee helped me search for yet a different wine, even though I was very polite. I ended up buying something else, but it was all very bizarre, and a very unfriendly and uncomfortable experience. I will not return to this store, even though our family lives two blocks away. I will not refer them either. They brushed me off like they didn’t need my business. Another liquor store was able to help me."
