"My wife and I went to the store to make some purchases. The clerk appeared that he did not care about the customer when we asked him questions. We spent 130 dollars on different items and we will not return considering the treatment, Especially two managers were behind him and had no idea because there were not paying attention."

"Don’t recall the guy’s name, but the shift leader working just before 7pm on 12/30 either needs an attitude adjustment, or a job in something other than customer service. I’m 26 and I was there with my parents who are in town for the holiday. They took me into the store with them because they needed an extra set of hands to help carry stuff. Guy asks me for my ID, which isn’t a problem on its own. But when I tell him that I’m just the extra set of hands who was brought along to help carry stuff, instead of professionally explaining “you might not be buying it, but I still need to see your ID because you’re holding liquor. That’s just the rules” he hits me with “but you’re HOLDING LIQUOR, so I still need your ID.” Reminded me of a high school fast food cashier getting pissy with a customer for the first time. Then when my family and I tried to be a little jovial with the guy including wishing him a happy New Year, he just stood there stone cold and started barking orders at someone in the back."

"I am regular shopper after my long shifts at work. Along with being a loyal customer of ABC. The constant harassment by the cashier Chris and constantly being treated differently by the people in front and behind me. (I have asked customers if they are regulars and if he is rude to them every single time) He refused to return my change to my hands bc I counted my money out on the counter and told me very rudely that I didn't put the money in his hand so why should he put my change in mine...or something along those lines... Even though my hand was out. He told me they didn't need me or want me on there. So I won't be returning. Wont be returning Chris! Great customer service."

"I have purchased from this store at least 30 times. Not once has anyone asked me for an ID. Today it just so happens that I did not have my wallet and was paying with apple pay. They asked me for ID, which is totally reasonable and lawful for them to do. I had a picture on my phone which they refused to accept as well. I am 30 years old and have gray hairs in my beard. I understand the picture of the ID is not an acceptable form of ID but the woman who was behind the counter who came to assist the younger male employee I recognized because I have seen her in the store many times and she has rung me out personally many of those times. Publix Id’s everyone under 50 I believe but they have never NOT asked me."
