She was very professional, patient and knowledgeable with the different styles/ options walking us through the process of remodeling our bathroom. She made everything so much easier for us to plan by showing us all the different options we had and helping us get an estimate on materials etc. We did appreciate Ali’s pleasant and helpful expertise in the matter. "This was our first trip to any Floor and Decor location. We had a list of supplies to select and pick up for our installer. Tile is not in my wheelhouse. There was one associate in that department. After we made our selection, we approached him, but he was with another customer, and had been for a while. We said no worries, we’re here when you’re free. 30 seconds later, another associate shows up asking to help. Her name was Alli. She was kind and professional, and although she was fairly new, she knew enough to help us find everything on our list and make some suggestions. Other team members also participated in advice for our project. EVERYONE greeted us. It was like the old days at Home Depot where everybody just really wanted to help and it was not busy at all. We truly had personalized service. My wife and I were basically looking at each other, really taken aback at just what a great retail experience it was. "It is one of the best stores for remodeling the bathroom and home floor. You can find many ideas for remodeling. They have many sample bathrooms. They have a great selection of tiles as well. Prices are reasonable as well."
