Thus expect only interaction with their website and agents in Costa Rica. Their 7 degree Kevin Bacon factor could be that Teleperformance is a French company, and France has grapes."

"You know I’ve actually really enjoyed this service until the latest shipment. Bottles arrived upside down and leaking. Case for shipping is destroyed. The solution? We will send you a label? Never mind that the packaging is ruined it also had a bunch of garbage stuffed in there to act as packaging stuffer. Unbelievable poor service and third party vendor who shipped this should have been vetted."

"I received a case of wine I was not expecting. A few days later I check my credit card statement and I was charged for two cases on two different cards. I call customer service and they tell me I am a part of the holiday collection that ships twice a year. I checked my account online and I only see the wine club membership. I updated the card information on my account over 6 months ago because I am no longer using the original card on file. The best this company can do is give me a $20 credit. I am angered at the fact the company used card information I no longer have on my account and signed up for a membership I did not sign up for. I am angered at the fact I was given warning on the wine club shipment only. I enjoyed this membership but will not support a company that charges and adds my membership to clubs I did not consent to, nor use credit card information that is no longer on my account. I would like a refund, but according to customer service, the best that can be done is a $20 credit for my next shipment. I have never canceled a membership so fast. So disappointed..."

"I was a member for a few months. I received a coupon code so thought I would give it a try. First order arrived on time and in great condition. Some of the wine was great and some didn’t fit my style. I provided feedback on each bottle to hopefully get my deliveries narrowed down to wines I liked. The second shipment I tried to push up the delivery on. It was a few weeks out but I thought maybe I could get it a little sooner. I placed my new order on 02/05 on their website and was charged on 02/10. I waited for tracking but after a week or so I still didn’t have anything. Followed up with a customer service response on 02/19 and received a generic response “your order is being prepared....we’ll send tracking...” so I waited another few days. Still nothing. Sent another email stating I wanted a real update or I wanted to cancel my order and subscription. 2/23 No email response, just received a notification that my subscription was canceled. Can’t say I’m upset just disappointed. I thought I was going to enjoy this wine club. Guess I’ll have to try some others now."
