But I would not blame only the employee, where is the manager? isn't his job to take care of these things and check his employees behaviors? very terrible experience just for a bottle of whiskey.. never coming back!"

"Clean ...professional...organized...The customer service was top notch Chad was able to assist me with deciding on my purchase he is definitely educated on the product he is selling. I felt welcome and free to ask anything without feeling ignorant. There was another lady there who was also very welcoming. I didn't feel rushed like at other places. My new " go to place" You don't have to pay for the customer service because their prices are pretty much comparable to others in surrounding area!"
