"Roasted Spirit gets exceptionally busy on the weekends but theres a reason. This is a true lounge, its not your average bar. Great cocktails, talented bartenders and great small bites. They've invested a lot of time and energy into this place and it's apparent. Andrew (one of the managers) is always exceptional and friendly and makes sure everyone is taken care of."
"Oh my! This little gem in downtown Clermont was a nice surprise. Run and get the goat cheese and humus platter!!! It was so good, we might go back just for that. Cold beers, good food, and lovely ambiance with live music on a Wednesday night. Can't beat it!"
"Thoroughly impressed! Josh was our mixologist and quite a craftsman. He poured a shot of 19 year Old Fitzgerald for a warm-up. We ordered the hummus board, tequila infused chicken tacos, and the Buffalo Trace BBQ pork tacos. The hummus board is amazing. Full of fresh flavors, the hummus with roasted beet and goat cheese dip, tomato jam, and house toast is an excellent choice. The Buffalo Trace BBQ pork sliders are savory and delicious. The tequila infused chicken tacos are absolutely wonderful. Josh made me his specialty old-fashioned, which has bourbon and rum infused with coffee. Seriously, folks, go check this place out. I may be sitting nearby as I just found my local hang out. Their bourbon, whiskey, and tequila selection are impressive."
