ABC Fine Wine & Spirits

"I drove 30 miles to Port orange instead of 2 miles to DeLand to get Villa Maria (and $150 of other stuff) only to have curb side pick up unavailable because someone was carrying the portable phone in their back pocket with the TALK button pressed!!! No help getting the box with 12 bottles in it out of the cart and into my car. Glad I live close to an ABC with great customer service and I will go to publix next time my local store doesn't have the wine that I want!!!!"

"Ty. Prices are fairly priced. Probably not compared to the bigger wineries, but it's pretty like a neighborhood liquor store but upgraded. The cashiers are friendly and very helpful. The only thing the signal is bad at this store so you may lose your signal from time to time. Especially if you go in the beer cooler, you won't have signal until you stepped out of the store."

"I get dashers are not a priority for this store however we are customers just like everyone else. We're working for your store. If someone asks for help you should be willing to help your customers find what they're looking for. Someone like me with sever anxiety and who doesn't drink needs a little assistance. Don't tell me you can't help me and yell directions at me. Jerry was the only employee who was actually great at his job. Thank you so much Jerry for your help"

"Always friendly service and a great selection of liquor and wine. I was a little disappointed by the beer selection when I went this time, but, it was the holiday rush between Christmas and New Year's. Still had several people help with finding the perfect items and even had a good suggestion from a local patron. Friendly environment."

"2 stars only because The manager is helpful but 0 stars for the heavy set Caucasian female with the glasses that is a cashier who did not make me feel welcomed, did not help me find a particular wine I was looking for or used any type of customer service when checking me out and told me I went in line the wrong way when she was checking out someone."
