"Just spent $245 on a battery, while waiting I ask the installer if I could use the restroom. She told me yes and gave me directions. I went into the store and made my way to the vicinity that she had told me, only to be turned away by another employee. He told me that it was down, only I know that it was not because not five minutes before another paying customer ask to use and he was allowed to. This is ridiculous. At least be honest. I understand that this is a beach store and I am certain that all kinds of people ask. But when a paying customer is refused, this is just wrong and poor customer service. I will not be back."
