Went back 30 minutes later to all empty stalls, and lunch guy said we needed an appt and he couldn't get us in for 2 days. BTW, we bought the Michelin tired from BJ's"

"Custom tires were purchased online to be installed at this location. 24 hours after the installation, we discovered the wrong size tire had been mounted. The service team neglected to inspect the tires closely. We returned at once for the correct tire and to avoid further hazards or damage to our vehicle. It has been over 30 days since the incident and we have yet to hear from the Club's manager to discuss the matter despite repeated efforts. We are dropping our membership and will avoid this Wholesaler. I would advise all to do the same."

"I've been a member of BJs for several years and this is my store to shop. Staff in the club are great but I can't say the same thing about one of the two guys that work at the tire center. The foreign guy is great and helpful, which leaves the only person I'm referring to. I've tried to schedule for a flat tire about 5 times here, during peak (weekends) and non peak times. Every time his answer is the same. "Oh we are so busy. I can't fit you in today"!!!. So one day I stayed in my car to see what he actually does and I was not surprised. The work ethic is definitely not there. Never again going to this store. I am done!"

"My boyfriend and I were in Jacksonville for the day and his tire started separating. The rubber was still hanging on, but it wasn't driveable. We already had a spare, but unfortunately we didn't have a jack on us. We all know how unfriendly the world can be, but we asked multiple people and about 5 different tire/auto stores if we could simply borrow a jack! Over and over again the answer was NO! We were so shocked and starting to feel stranded. We ride by BJs and they don't even give a second thought about helping us! They made sure we had everyrhing we needed to get safely back on the road and back to our hometown. We are beyond grateful for their awesome customer service and compassion for others. I would highly recommend using Bjs!"
