After some time some else came to serve me again. And he was a new guy and did know absolutely nothing about parts."

"Call about parts ahead of time and they are never ready. Parts hardly ever fit. There is no communication between employees. Spent $14,000 with them at the beginning of the year as they continued to do "repairs" that never fixed the problem until the last time. The actual repair that fixed the problem was only half that price. They "verify" their repairs only for you to have your truck break down with the same issues in dangerous spots for you to have to tow it back in. If there was anywhere else to go for parts I would. Stay away unless you absolutely have to come. Your money would be better spent with more competent and courteous people/companies."

"Went in for a full PM dropped off truck on a Thursday called on Monday they said it would be done by Tuesday, call Tuesday now is Wednesday… finally got my truck back after getting angry and telling them to just put filters in and give it back it’s ridiculous it takes a week to do a PM they said come back tomorrow, went back had my truck outside already i went in to pay that took over an hour just for them to invoice me, paid over $700 for the service, come to find out after i paid they put wrong oil in it, they didn’t grease anything, they left my catwalk completely loose and still charged me full price on everything, stay away trust me."
