"Was just in the store trying to make a purchase in the electronic department and was refused service by an associate name Derrick who told me go look in the toys department and see if you can find help there. Went to complain at the front end to the head front end lead named Noel who also refused to help me. Both individuals lacked the professionalism to value a customer. Disgusting how Walmart hires individuals who don’t know how to value customers. Walmart you just lost a huge sale!!!"
