"My wife and I purchased a washer dryer stackable. The delivery, first time, failed due to lack of communication as to the policy of homedepot for water spigots and vent exhaust. We rescheduled, waited all day for delivery. We received a message that they arrived, we were supposed to get a call 1/2 hr prior to arrival and never received, we never got a call from our gate from the drivers. Next message that we receive is "SORRY WE MISSED YOU". Delivery attempt failed, we will contact you to reschedule. This was our first time purchasing large home appliances from Homedepot and the last time. The experience has been horrible. I am actually writing this review from a laundromat. Never again."

"We came here to rent a tool. Staff was awesome and extremely helpful. We were in and out. Returning it was a little more lengthy. I’d recommend keeping it for 24hrs rather than just for 4 hours the rush and having to find someone to return it was not fun. Pay the few dollars more trust me."

"Friendly, helpful staff. I went to pick up an online order. It was large and heavy, but the employee was nice enough to place it on a cart and walk it to the front of the store for us while we waited. She came back to explain the process and told us she would return with the order. THANK YOU for improving your customer service. I used to avoid Home Depot, but now actually enjoy going because I know if I need help I can walk up to an associate and they won't run away. Curbside pick up ends at 6pm. Line inside is very long."
