"I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you need a tire to be fixed. When I went there, the manager went outside to take a look at the tire, and he said it could be fixed the next day. Next day I paid a tow company, and they took my SUV I dropped it off at 10:00 am The same guy as the day before said that it would take couple hours. I called at 12:30 pm and the car was not ready. I called at 3:00 pm and the same guy who is the manager said that they had other cars that were more profitable than just fixing a tire. I went there so upset to pick up my SUV and he had the nerves to tell me that the tire could not get fixed. Even though the day before he said it could get fixed. He said I needed a new tire. He suggested to buy it from them at a price of 175 dollars. I told him that he was crazy. After he made me take the day off from work, wait for 5 hours, I was not going to buy a tire from them. But guess what?? The SUV was taken by my husband to MIDAS, and they fixed it, and I did not have to buy a new tire. GO TO MIDAS !!!!! DO NO WASTE TIME AND MONEY AT TIRE PLUS."

"Horrible experience. 4 and a half hours for a simply change of tires. I was the second client in the store, I called before and ask if they had people available to change the tires right away. Destroyed my family's trip and no respect for customers time. So frustrated. First and last time on this place..."

"I had recently had a very bad experience with another Tires plus, not to far from the one I recently visited. This time the experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. Emanuel and his staff were amazing. Very friendly, very engaging and they explained everything in a simple easy manner. I will definitely be taking my car back to Emanuel and his crew for service. They renewed my faith in Tires plus and Firestone."

"I take the day off today just for the alignment , i called before come and they said just bring over and we will take care of it, i came wait for 2 hours they said: if you want to leave the car here bcz it will take a while and we will let you know when is ready, they didn't call , i came back around 5pm and they said sorry but the alignment machine is not working, they did a alignment earlier for another costumer but you know why they did that?? Bcz i have lifetime alignment, so they did the tires bcz i was pay for it and they didn't make the alignment bcz i had already paid for lifetime,., so here is the advice: never buy a lifetime alignment...."
