AT&T Store

"The staff is very nice and willing to help you in anyway possible. But the store has been a consistent issue for a while. I am not sure of why it happens or the cause, but on more than a dozen occasions the store will be shut down during normal buisness hours and at random. At many times i have called to see if it was open before i make the drive and they would say yes then once i got there the store would be shut down. I would then wait around 2 hours and nothing. It is not the staff, just the odd hours."

I witnessed him problem solve a few issues and take care of a couple customers while helping us within minutes. He was even able to get a phone to us from another location, same day. I recommend him 10/10!!! Our service has been much better since switching to AT&T and our cost is cheaper!"

"I usually don't do reviews. However, this experience was absolutely ridiculous. The associate, turns out to be the manager, asked when I walked in,"What can I do for you?" I said that I would like to know my upgrade options. She asked for my phone number and ID. Everything was going good until she said I had to pay the balance on my current phone. I said ok that is fine. So, I asked again what are my upgrade options. She said that I had to pay the balance first. I said, absolutely not. You should be able to tell me what my options are before I pay the balance. She would not tell me my options. So, I asked who is the manager. She said that she was. Oh boy. I said that I feel sorry for the store if you are the manager. Then she got in her feels and said the I was banned from the store. I was like huh! All because I wanted to know my options. Really? This review will be sent to corporate also. Customer service is not her strong suit. A customer should not have to pay first to know their options."
