"I recently visited Audi for a recall service, but my experience was far from satisfactory. On the second day, I received a notification about a major oil leak, prompting a reconsideration of their services. Despite a more reasonable estimate of $500 for a transmission leak (initially quoted at $900), I declined the service, opting for my trusted local repair shop. Soon after, the service department sent alarming photos of my car, claiming it was the most extensive leak they had seen. This contradicted the condition of my vehicle just two days prior. After expressing my concerns to the manager, Chris Calhoun, I was informed of an additional $250 charge for a diagnostic, which seemed arbitrary. Seeking a second opinion, my trusted mechanic discovered that the transmission cap was nearly off, indicating possible tampering. When I informed Audi of this finding, the service consultant, Andrew Malaise, dismissed any responsibility, citing unforeseen circumstances. Overall, this experience has left me disappointed and questioning the integrity of the service provided. I expected better accountability and professionalism from an Audi dealership."

"A $6,000 service expense could be a result you face within 6 months of buying a car from Audi Naples…it happened to me, it could happen to you. I’ve owned all the German cars and Audi is the best in my opinion. This review is based upon my experience with Audi Naples. Bought an A7 with roughly 20,000 miles. My second A7 in 3 years. I left the dealership and within 20 minutes the AC started acting up. I did decline the warranty as I have done ever since my second third party warranty experience. The companies seem more skilled at not paying for repairs that may arise. German cars have a TON of electrical systems that seem to fail. I called Audi Naples and with a little resistance, they agreed to look at it and address my concern. They found the “control head” was bad and replaced it at their cost. 5 months or 6,000 miles later the AC began having issues again. Audi West Palm found the compressor failed. I am not a mechanic, but Audi Naples added Freon prior to selling me the car. I was told by a service director at Porsche that because an AC is a “closed” system, you really should never have to add Freon unless there is a leak or failure of the system. My position is Audi Naples should have questioned why it needed Freon. It’s on me for not being more thorough with having the vehicle checked. I advise you as a potential buyer to consider having a third party review any used vehicle you buy from this dealership. Here was the managers response…I guess I could challenge their position on these two things being unrelated. Again, I am not a mechanic but try to apply common sense. Perhaps there was an issue with the compressor that was masked??? “Original issue with climate control head (electrical) is unrelated to compressor failure (mechanical).” Just have the car checked before buying from Audi Naples."
