"I should of grabbed the cash register girl name down but I didn’t. First of all, she had an attitude from the beginning saying “that’s it, that’s it?” Like what’s your rush??! Do you need to be somewhere or what? The whole time it was just attitude & the worse part is doing this in front of a kid like don’t do that. If you can’t do YOUR job then don’t work. That’s rude & disrespectful. The worse part is that managers don’t even correct this at all, they just let this slide like if it’s something normal. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES that want to work or at least do their DAM job."

"This is a typical family dollar. The only difference was the employee customer service. There was a line at the register, but no employees. So, I went to see if there was anyone close by. When I saw the employee coming down the isle I asked nicely if she was coming to the register. First, she looked at me like I was crazy, so thinking she did not hear me I asked her again. Then she rolled her eyes at me and just walked past me. Wow, I thought. Then I told her I was only asking a question she did not need to get mad and have an attitude. She rudely told me she did not have an attitude. Once I paid for my items she threw the recipient at me. I told her thank you Rodericka because that's how it should be done. She then told me, "yes. That's my name that's why I wear my name tag and you can report me to whoever you have to. I told her I was not going to report her and left. It would have been funny if it was not so shameful."
