"You MUST book with Sabrina! Sabrina is a perfectionist and the most consistent nail tech I have ever seen. My nails remain healthy and perfectly clean with her care. I’ve been seeing her for years when visiting miami before moving full time. This salon recently changed names to D’s Nails Lounge. My hands and toes feel so light and smooth after the spa. I cant stop admiring them when they’re fresh and done. I always get stopped for compliments."

"Had a gel manicure and was told it would cost $75. When I went to pay, they charged $80. I asked why the extra $5? The receptionist was rude and replied - “he did your cuticles”. I believe that should be part of a $75 manicure - don’t you? The same manicure in Hallandale costs $50. If you want to charge $75 because you’re in Bal Harbour, that’s fine but don’t screw over your clients when they go to pay and charge extra for what should be included. BTW - this was no error—it’s the second time they did this. They also charged more than what was originally quoted on another visit telling me that the service took longer than usual—$10 extra!! Don’t believe the prices online or whatever they tell you before you make an appointment—be prepared to pay more than what you expect."

"First time getting my nails done at Mail Nail Lounge, I had such an amazing experience with my manicurist Kimberlyn and also the costumer services was great they offered me coffee and soda. I love my nails and I’ll definitely be back with Kimberlyn."

"The nails here were pretty good, but the customer service was not. The prices online are completely different than the ones in person. So, if you are thinking the prices are good on the website, they are not once you get there. My friend and I went to have our nails done there. She got gel x and I got gel polish with a regular pedicure. My friend has a tendency to bite her nails, but they are not impossible to do. The salon we usually go to does them with no problem. I’m not sure if they realized she understood Spanish until later on, but they ridiculed her short bitten nails, right in front of her. On top all of this they charged me $10 extra JUST to cut her cuticles, which should be included. They also tried charging me $20 for chrome which is ridiculous and is at most $10, I could buy a whole cup of chrome powder for $20. They also charged me an extra $10 to soak off my gel polish I previously had on. So, if you plan on going to this salon with gel polish on, make sure to soak it off prior to coming. When I tried to ask the lady at the front about the prices, she was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Overall, I did not have a good experience at this salon. I wouldn’t recommend and I definitely will not be returning."
