Starting with the patient’s coordinator Elina who found the best fitting time for me and added an extra service that they were promoting at the time. My nurse Rosie was professional and knowledgeable. She did not try to oversell. Definitely, after the procedures I left feeling better and happier! Thank you!"

"Hi. Well my technician was amazing. She eased the pain by applying ice packs and conversing with me. She made time and pain fly back The front desk person on the other hand… she was kind.. but she told my kids they couldn’t eat a snack there because she would have to clean it up… my kids are 2 and 3.. and she told them they couldn’t eat. We would have cleaned up any messes the kids made. But it kind of rubbed me the wrong way… my kids were already crying cause I left to the appointment. So my sister was trying to comfort them by giving them a cookie… and they were told no. Meanwhile you have beverages there. If you’re going to implement a policy of no food or drinks it should be for all. Just saying… Kind of turned off.. I will be taking my business to another location next time"

"Went for Cool sculpting on the lower abdomen (session 2 of 3) and they were great! Very clean location and professional, friendly staff. Had first session in midtown which I think just opened but would choose this location over midtown as they seemed really well trained and knowledgeable and competent.
