"This was my daughter and I first experience of an Colon irrigation. Everything was going amazing as the receptionist was phenomenal, I was the more fortunate one as the facility was ran by an employee/receptionist and the owner of this facility. The receptionist was patient and very explanatory as I was clueless on how the procedure went. Unfortunately, my daughter received service from the manager herself. No patience, rude snappy no passion or empathy towards the fact that there will be many questions for first timer, and from my personal view she wasn't very ethnic friendly of Afro Americans. And to think we were ready to begin our once a week session. The manager actually ruined our first time experience and we will never return. Word to the wise if ur of Brown Color DONT BOTHER $355 wasted because the Experience was Everything to us."
