"I went to the Los Angeles location. I made an appointment July 2023 to which I was quoted $2,000 when I arrived to my appointment I had to Zelle an extra $500 because the reception incorrectly quoted me. I was then taken to my room with two lost girls who didn't know where or what anything was. I felt uncomfortable but still wanted to results as I was promised to. I didn't complain. My second appointment in Aug. the girl was also lost and was going to take pictures of an area I was not even getting done. I had to correct her. Yet again I didn't complain. My third appointment was canceled by AFL and so I rescheduled it. My rescheduled appointment was canceled yet again by AFL and was told I would be put on a list. This was my final straw! I asked for a refund to which I was told they had to wait for a manager that would arrive until 1:30! Then I had to reach out again to which I was told Fatima was unavailable until Monday October 9 2023! I texted to see if have an answer to which I was told they do not refund but they can give me an extra service for free to which I was already supposed to get by Fatima her self! Yet they implied at my second phone call that they have to do a refund process first but like I said Fatima was not in town. Yet now they don't do refunds. Make it make sense."

"Absolutely trashy business. They have the worst partnership with really stuck up and rude girls. They all think they are above everyone else and look down upon people. All filled with fake lip injections looking like ducks. They have the worst service, I went there and had the worst experience. Everyone is so rude and stuck up, thinking they are a model or something. Services are mediocre too. Would never recommend!"

"I love this place. They helped me with my nose (I have a bump on it from being broken) and they did the non surgical filler and it looks AMAZING. Will absolutely go back and Fatema is amazing. She is such an amazing person and truly cares about making you feel great. 10/10 will go back!!"

"I was recommended by a friend to do intimate bleaching. She said they used a machine on her and everything and saw results within 1 session. But for me they used an otc product that I literally was able to buy from Amazon (the same day). They told me I had to do 4 sessions every week but the instructions on the cream was to use it twice a day. I was expecting to see a product that I wouldn’t have access to, not something I could get for $25 online. It was a complete waste of $300. All she did was apply alcohol and the otc product on me and left it there and that was it. The other services seemed legit but the intimate bleaching was a scam at least for me."
