"We bought a fridge freezer from T3M a couple of weeks ago and whilst the original appliance had issues. I wanted to leave a review based on how they handled the issue. They sent out a tech twice to correct the issue then replaced the appliance with a similar item. I do hope we don't have issues with the new appliance we've only had it a few days, so time will tell, but if we do, I have every confidence this team will do the right thing by their customer., And I would not hesitate to use them again. They know the meaning of customer service. Thank you T3M"

"I came to the store looking for a replacement part for my broken dishwasher and met the owner. He immediately found the part I needed which was a small copper nut to hold the heating element which had split. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and even was kind enough to give me the part for free!!! If you need anything repaired or need a good appliance, I highly recommend this place and the owner's honesty is hard to come by these days. I will definitely give them more business in the future!!"

"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Back on 8/27/22, we purchased a used washing machine. After 6 months, the spin cycle stopped working. They only offered a 90 day full warranty. Gabby sent out a repair person and the cost to fix the washer was more than what we paid. The only option they offered was to come into the store and we could pick up any washer and pay half price. So we are now out $375 plus the $50 delivery cost. Why would we go back and buy something else from them when they only offer that option. Stay away from them and go some where else. Total scammers."
