"They have the dumbest policies that are not consumer friendly. Beware! Pre-paid hundreds for an area and then I had a surgery so I wasn’t able to do the sessions in that area anymore - so even though I already paid for all the sessions and they give you a really short amount of time to complete the sessions, they refused to switch to another area to just kept my money. They said that was their policy and that I signed it. So now I’m out hundreds of dollars. Scammers. I’m addition even if you prepay for a certain number of sessions, if you cancel it or don’t show up they charge an additional $50 instead of just taking one of the sessions. Again, they are just plotting on how to get the most money out of you in a super shady way. Do not recommend."
"What an experience! The suite is very welcoming, super clean and very comfortable. I have never tried laser hair removal before and during my consultation, Jes explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. I was nervous for my first session, but Jes was super kind and the process was quick and almost painless! I have already seen tremendous results after only 1 session, about 10 days after. I am so excited to keep going back and enjoy even better results. Highly recommend Jes - prices are extremely fair and the quality of service is incredible!"
