My 18yr old son had some issues getting a script filled at another local publix because the prescribing Teledoc wrote it wrong and the original publix that it was sent to didn't want to take the steps to contact the dr because they were too busy and very rude. Devon in minutes transferred the RX to his store and took care of the situation ASAP so that my son could get on his meds and start feeling better. Spanish River Publix is awesome, stay away from Palmetto Park store... they have terrible customer service, are rude and don't care to take any extra steps to help a young patient."

"Sue, or whatever her name is, the pharmacist, was so rude to me just now over the phone. She kept interrupting me, not allowing to get one word in, she was not understanding of my situation, and had an attitude the entire conversation. This is the 5 times I’ve had an issue with prescription refills. Those automatic texts do not work. I’ve been completely out of a prescription with no heads up for a refill. I’ve had to call every time ahead to remind the pharmacy to refill my prescription when that is not my job to do so. I’ve never had a more frustrating experience at a grocery store/pharmacy than this location."
