"Terrible business. Don’t bother making an appointment because they never honor it. They use cheap materials, nails came off in less than 1week. The manager is super unprofessional, made me sit in water soaking my feet for 1hr with no service even though I made an appointment. She lied and said the lady was going to help me soon every 10 mins. Don’t come here, there’s a better place in Doral by the new Chick-fil-A in the five guys plaza next to UPS."

"My go to spot for my NAILS AND BROWS NOW! Tina is so nice and caring but today a new gentlemen Van did my nails and wow he went above and beyond extremely HAPPY (: The place is always so clean and the wait time is always super fast. So HAPPY to have found this GEM!"

"I asked for apres square manicure. I got this instead this was my first time here. I was going to get my feet and facial here as well but was just so disappointed that I had to leave and pay. Before I left I let the front receptionist know and the lady offered to take the smeared paint off the sides. But look at the shaping and my sides, I can tell she didn’t care to do my nails and so I’m not in the business of forcing someone to have me as a client. Why create the opportunity for you to mess up further on anything else pay, leave, give a review and hopefully it gets better. Will not go back again. I had really high hopes since what I asked for was simple and it wasn’t a busy day. I don’t feel they want to deal with certain clients either. I could just be assuming but review the reviews and pictures and see who complains the most and have reason & who walks out with the best and have a good experience. She made faces while doing my nails and didn’t appear to really want to do them. I should have looked at the reviews I literally paid 65$ for this and will be calling the bank for a refund. I didn’t cause a problem you could just see I clearly wasn’t happy. All I have to say is you never know who is walking in to get a service from your business. And rely on doral to be doral if you move here go to your Miami shops and stick to them."

"I got a pedicure from this salon and immediately developed an abscess toe. It was probably a combination of the nail tech cutting into my cuticle too deep and her tools were NOT sanitized. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was in so much pain for a few days until my toe was drained. I also ended up losing my toe nail in the process. I will never be setting foot again in this salon."

"I came here to do my nails before a vacation and it was a bad experience. 1) I made an appt at 2 pm and was not seated until 45 min later. 2) I asked for DIP mani and I did not know until half way into the process the gentleman had no idea what he was doing . He stopped multiple times to have another tech stop what she was doing to help fix his errors. This lasted the whole process until he got fed up and painted my nails with gel over the DIP. My nails looked lumpy with many imperfections. 3) The gentleman attending me had two long fingernails that he kept using to clean the paint on the side of my nails and it was extremely painful. 4) I went with my sister In law who asked for gel. The next day they started peeling off. We realized they used regular nail Polish instead of gel and were treating it as gel doing the whole process. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I honestly don’t know if I am more hurt at the fact I waisted 57 dollars or the fact that my nails came out so bad."
