"Boca's best pharmacy! Chrystine and Matteo, the head pharmacists as well as Benson and all the staff members do a fantastic job. They explain the medication, fill orders lightning fast, are very friendly, and MOST IMPORTANT--HELP ME FIND THE LOWEST PRICES AND COUPONS EACH AND EVERY TIME I GO TO PAY!!! They always call me within 24 hrs. of my doctor appointment that my Rx is ready for pickup. Thank you Publix for having such a wonderful pharmacy and offering GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
"I had a truly terrible experience at Publix at Westwinds of Boca, particularly with the pharmacist Matteo Vaccarella and the pharmacy assistant Elaine. I came in this morning to get assistance with my prescription and was treated with complete disrespect and hostility. Elaine, the pharmacist assistant, made an error by calling someone else ahead of me and then proceeded to ignore my explanations. When I requested to speak with the pharmacist, Matteo, I expected a professional and courteous response. However, he acted otherwise. He initially feigned misunderstanding and then escalated the situation by yelling at me loudly, causing great embarrassment and distress. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the issue calmly, Matteo stormed out of the pharmacy, leaving me feeling utterly disrespected and unwanted as a customer. I never expected to be treated in such a humiliating and unprofessional manner by a healthcare professional. It was an emotionally distressing experience that I hope no one else has to endure. I urge the management of Publix at Westwinds of Boca to address these issues promptly to ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly environment. I would strongly advise anyone seeking pharmacy services to consider their options carefully before choosing this location."
"My wife had an unfortunate encounter with Assistant Pharmacy Manager Matteo Vaccarella. During her visit to the Publix at 9846 Glades Rd, Boca, She had some questions and concerns about my medication. However, we found Mr. Vaccarella's communication and managerial skills to be lacking. Mr. Vaccarella's demeanor during our interaction was far from what I expected from a professional in his position. He raised his voice and seemed impatient with her inquiries, which made her feel disrespected as a customer. I believe that effective communication and patience are essential qualities for someone in a managerial role. Furthermore, she was disappointed by Mr. Vaccarella's inability to resolve a relatively simple problem. We expected him to have the knowledge and expertise to assist me promptly, but I left the pharmacy feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Lastly, Mr. Vaccarella's high temper during our encounter was concerning. It's important for individuals in customer-facing roles to maintain their composure, even in challenging situations, in order to provide a positive and supportive experience for customers."
"Very disappointed with this pharmacy today. I won't write much. the first one was mistakenly given to me someone else's medicine, they answered me rudely and lost a lot of time to prove that they did not give me one of the medicines. At the same time, they proved to me that they had given away my medicine. As a result, they found my medicine in another box and did not even apologize. It is a pity that I do not have good English to prove my rights."
