"Terrible place, I will never come back! The owner told me that removing dead skin is extra charge while I was already getting pedicure, I said what, It was always part of pedicure that’s what pedicure is! She kept bickering with me and ruined my mood. I was listening (low volume) to my phone as I didn’t want to listen or watch their religious thing on the TV with Buddha or something, and she blocked my phone so I couldn’t listen anymore. This is absolutely THE WORSE experience I have ever had in the nail salon. Also salon is badly decorated, trashy and unpleasant, to say the least, dead flowers in dirty water. Bathroom was not cleaned in at least a month. She insisted on me paying extra, and I did. Such greed and nonsense! Making up stuff as they go just to charge extra, I guess they think they deserve $120 an hour pay. I don’t think so."

"Been to this salon 3 times in 5 months. It’s close to my home and she stays open until 7 which works for me when I need it, also open 7 days week, hardest workers. Lotus remembers all her customers and even their kids hehe. She is very kind and takes her time while paying attention to detail. I’m easy and just get regulate manicure and pedicure and they come out great and very affordable compared to the rest. There maybe hiccups but Lotus tries hard to accommodate everyone. It’s nice to support a small business and not one of the many nail factories around. It’s a luxury for me to get my nails done and I don’t take her work for granted."

"I’ve been going to Adel for about 4 years. Ive followed her to many different locations. She is very artistic and her designs always last weeks! The yin-yang was about 3.5 weeks (25 days) before I came in for a fill with the red and black ombré. She also takes the time to do my daughter’s nails too! I always highly recommend her!"
