"Unfortunately, I had someone give me a dip manicure that didn't seem to know how. This was my first poor experience at a venetian, so I'm disappointed. The photos in the car are immediately after. When I asked the tech about all the residue, she said dip residue would come off, didn't attempt to get it off or clean up the nail. I asked about the unevenness on a nail and she said it was because I have short nails. But it is clear the dip and polish wasn't evenly laid out so it looks bulbous. It was clear she didn't know what she was doing there were so many layers of dip that the nail is already looking like it will start lifting. I asked for her to keep the natural length of my nail, they were all cut shorter. You can see the cuticles were not cleaned up, and the paint is all over them. She filed the nails so aggressively that the file slipped and cut my finger. Giving two stars because my boyfriend had a great pedicure with another tech. If I had time today, I would have gone back to get money back or a redo, but my schedule didn't allow. I'm pretty frustrated as I have a work conference this week and even after advocating for myself during the process was dismissed."

"There's only two nail salons I get my nails done routinely, one being Venetian Nail Spa, as this is the only location out of the few they have I go to for Venetian Nail Spa. I see a few talented nail techs, and today I showed nail tech Bien my vision, and he made my vision come to life! Bien hooked me up with these gorgeous nails! He asked if my nails were real. He did a beautiful paint job. I like Justin, Anna, Bien, and Eric. All have different styles, techniques, and talent. Son is the only nail tech I've ever had who did my nails where they lasted 5 weeks, and none of my natural nails broke or lifted, they all kept up! The young gentleman at the front who helps run the biz is very professional too. I've had other techs over the years, and they were also excellent but they moved, like Lilly. Lilly would do 3-5 different colors in gel for me, pre Covid, and one other who decided to open her own nail salon, but this location still has solid nail tech artists that know how to make your nails look spot on. "Moved here 2 and a half years ago and was recommended to Josie, the best manicurist ever. She does my nails to perfection. Her awareness to detail is amazing...does an excellent job cleaning up my cuticles. She is very detail oriented. She has recently gotten into nail art and has done some beautiful art on my nails. She is also very personable and fun to chat with."

"I got my nails done last Friday, 11/25/2022 with my mother in law and grandmother in law while visiting family in town for the holiday. The staff were friendly besides my nail tech, she had her headphones in the whole time, didn’t speak to me, was rough when handling the gel nail dryer, and rushed through my whole experience. The nails looked great when I left, and one week later they’re almost gone. I was told this would last a month, and it has not lasted a week. Before and after photos"
