"Recently I had an appointment at your Boca Raton location on 12/21. During my appointment, I communicated to the technician that the temperature was really hot. She told me it was normal and continued with the procedure. Immediately after my appointment, my armpits formed burned blisters. The technician took photos after she saw that I was burnt and placed Aloe gel on my underarm. I was in extreme pain and communicated how I was feeling and all I was told was to use Aquaphor and Aloe gel. I received a called telling me that they will make an appointment to have a follow up with them. Once I called to confirm my appointment I was told I don’t have an appointment until my next laser in February. I have been calling for days and no one has answered my phone nor emails."
