"Worst experience ever. My husband bought me a certificate for my 40th birthday. I went to use it but it was a stressful experience due to not being open on time, rooms not being ready, relocated two time. The associate didn’t seem eager to do my service so I left. I gave my husband the certificate and told him to use it. He went in today and presented the certificate and got a massage. Upon leaving, he was locked in the room until he paid $100 because they “lost” the certificate and then charges another $50 to exit the door. Unbelievable customer service. This place is a DUMP! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else."
