First Nails

"I arrived on time for my appointment with Henry only to find he had taken another customer moments before I artived. Instead of having another tech to complete the service of the walk-in, they wanted me to take another nail tech or come back a 3:30. I find this unprofessional and insensitive. I will NEVER return to 1st Nails in North Lauderdale."

"I came here to get my nails done. The staff is pretty cool. They know all of their customers. But there were a couple of workers there who were a bit rude. The inside of the nail spot is nice it's mid-size but clean. The owner is nice and speaks to everyone. Which I think is really good. Some nail techs are good at what they do, but there are a few that are really terrible and need a refresher class on nails bad. The prices are good here."

"I have been coming here for over three years. They are a great bunch of people, who do GREAT work. I would highly recommend them for all of the services they offer. I got a manicure and pedicure on Saturday and did some construction on Saturday night. My nails got glue all over them. I stopped at First Nail Spa on Sunday and they got the stuff off and refused to charge me. That is that type of people they are and that is why I will continue to go they for my mani/pedi needs."

"Beware: $28 dollars for a pedicure. Their quality & service is not worth $28 dollars. I saw the lady put acetone in the nail polish because it was running out. I asked the nail technician for a soft white and she could not fulfill. I also had to wait 20 minutes for a simple brow wax after my pedicure. When I was surprised at the price for the pedicure she was very rude telling me “I already knew that” “it’s been like that for a while” “all the places around here are $28” Even that whole dispute they tried to charge me an extra $5 dollars for gel take off when I never had gel. She never asked me if I had gel or not she assumed cause my last pedicure from a different shop was nice just a couple of chipped corners. 2 stars for the eyebrow wax, 0 for the actual pedicure and customer service. I will only go back for brows, everything else is nit worth it"
