"This place is A SCAM. Every time i go i’ve been charged with different prices that i didn’t question until recently when i went and had gotten charged $190 for a pedicure FILL IN, gel manicure & a regular pedicure that they didn’t even bother putting clear coat on. They charge me for two $35 pedicure and $50 for a fill in. $50 TO FILL IN A SMALL GAP ON MY TOENAILS + $35 pedicure on the same feet + $20 to just put gel on my toes & this doesn’t include the tip that i had left. When i tried to ask questions about it, they RUSHED me and said it’s going to be in the receipt so that i can pay. This is ridiculous and they just want your money. i’ve been a long time customer for years & they still do this.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE."

"I’ve given this place several chances and they fail me every time . It’s very inconsistent and over priced . Recently I decided to give it a try one more time and because it’s near my house and the wait time is usually short . I did a fill and pedi , less than 2 weeks I have 4 broken nails . I called to let them know and was told they don’t guarantee anything and because it was almost 2 weeks . I literally hung up the phone , I’ve been doing my nails for years and to have 4 nails broken in less than 2 weeks is crazy . I will never go there again . It looks nice and they have like 100 ppl working there . Quality is horrible."

"Full gel set acrylics, the original color I had was a pale peach, but I colored my hair and the red dye stained them to look pink now. Still a beautiful set with no chipping or uneven nails. Second photo is day 3."

"I visited yesterday for the first time in months. I have been going through a tough time mentally and financially from a bad break up to switching jobs. I finally decided I wanted to treat myself and go for a pedicure and full set so my friend and I went in. My friend recommended Chloe and I'm do glad she did. She was great! Chloe was polite and respectful and made me feel so comfortable. My pedicure was relaxing and my feet look amazing. Her attention to detail on my dip nails is what makes her someone I would definitely come back too. I love them! I left happy and I'm still in awe of how nice my nails look! I highly recommend this place and Chloe as well!!!"

"I have been to Venetian multiple times in the last 5 years and at the beginning they used to be so good! Very detailed with nails, great service and didn’t rush you too much. It was different from the other Venetians. In the last year this location changed so much for the worse. The staff is rude, the nail techs are not detailed at all, they rush you the whole time, even to the point where they don’t allow the gel enough time to dry. I recently went there for a gel manicure and the nail tech rushed the whole time so when I got home, the gel started peeling completely and the nails starting chipping within the hour. It was the worst manicure. I called to see if they can fix the nails and they tried to charge me again!!! The worst part is their services are very expensive and are just not worth the price. I do not recommend using this place, there are so many better nail places in the area who do a better job"
