"This review is long over due. Through the years I had several laser services here with Kerry. I started treating with Kerry Jenkins back in 2013 or 2014 for laser hair removal of my Face/body. Initially, Kerry was helpful, searching for the hair even using the head-lite looking for the hair. Through out the years at every appointment, I always wondered which Kerry will I encounter today? Some days I'd find a friendly, caring Kerry, other visits I'd find the moody, short, cold careless Kerry. She is very moody, not very happy. (she flipped when I told her I saw her assistant out lunching at Olive Garden with her nemesis, Wendy). On some of the careless visits, I would find myself returning on another day for the hair she had missed. I came back a handful of times IF Not more! (for this service OR other services). March 3, 2022 was my last straw! I was there to retouch the hair she missed before. MIND YOU, I had never been charged for her mistakes/her 'Do Overs' until this day. She said, "I cant have someone here & not charge them" (FOR HER MISTAKE) $150 for her mistake! She was not happy with me bc I had complained about it to the Blond receptionist when I scheduled the Do-Over appt.. After she re-lasered the missed hair, She asked me about my complaint. I told her exactly what i wrote above. Instead of discussing the issue &/or trying to resolving it, she gave me an ugly look & said, "Well next time you call for an appointment, I will direct you to someone else". I went straight to the Blond, filled her in & requested another hair removal tech. She provided a name but I have NOT returned. Often I'd ask Kerry, "what skin treatments could I benefit from here"? Her answer was always nothing. She never offered suggestion, she never promoted any of their services. On the contrary to be honest. To this day, I don't know If she didn't care for her employer OR if she didn't want my skin looking even better than hers! lol Really! I'm older, no botox & my skin always looked better than her younger, dull, tox'd Up, tanned face. My skin always glowed internally. Thx to my Mexican/Spanish genes, I've always looked 10 years younger!"
