"I came in today to get some hair dye. I couldn't decide between a blue tint or a purple tint for my dark brown hair. I was getting quite confused and not sure what to do. One of the young ladies approached me and asked if I needed some help and I told her what I was trying to accomplish. She immediately showed me a color and a brand that she thought would be better for me, and that she really liked. She also recommended which developer to get. I went from being completely confused and overwhelmed, to completely assured of my choice. I wish I would have gotten her name because she really helped me out. What a positive experience."
