Electrify America Charging Station

"Electrify America is terrible. Stopped at this charger coming back from Orlando. One 350 KW AND One 150 KW working. The 350 spot was in use so I plugged into the 150 and they’re only charging at 50 KW. I looked over at the 350 that was in use and it was only charging at 90 KW. I wish Tesla had open chargers in the area. I own multiple Teslas as well and their network is 1000% better than electrify Americas."

"Half the chargers didn't work here, and the other half were operating at reduced power due to an update taking place (on a Saturday at 2 in the afternoon, no less -- how about trying to do this overnight when no one's trying to use them). Then they wouldn't accept my account to even plug-in. Horrible experience."

"Typically, one or two of the four chargers will be out of service. Of the remaining chargers, they’ll often be plugged into unoccupied cars that have already completed charging. The owners are nowhere to be found, so your only option is to wait patiently for them to finish shopping at the outlet mall. Even though I’m able to charge my car there at no cost, I rarely bother stopping. It’s just a waste of my time."

"Good location, you can shop while you wait but one of the 350 chargers says ready but neither of the plugs actually works. Very frustrating. Also, people need to keep an eye on their cars, you shouldn’t be letting your car just set there when it’s done. Look at your apps and when it’s close to getting to your percent you want head back to your car. It’s impolite to make other drivers wait for more then 10 minutes to plug in, would you do that at a gas station? Same concept."
